## 14-Day Quality Assurance
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, contact us at OrientalScent@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
## Resolution Options
We will, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
1. **Complimentary Replacement** — We re-ship any missing or significantly damaged items at our expense.
2. **Store Credit** — A credit toward future purchases.
3. **Custom Resolution** — We work with you to find a fair solution.
## Why No Standard Returns?
We ship artisan incense and natural crystal holders from our workshops in Asia. The environmental impact and cost of international returns often exceed the value of the products. Our quality-first approach ensures issues are resolved without the waste of cross-border return shipping.
## Limitations
This guarantee covers quality defects only. It does not cover change-of-mind purchases. Slight variations in color, shape, or scent are inherent to handmade, natural products and are not considered defects.
