This website is operated by OrientalScent. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OrientalScent. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ARTISANAL NATURE & USE

Our products (incense, fragrances, and vessels) are artisanal creations. We strive for consistency, but slight variations in color or scent are inherent to the natural ingredients we use.

  • Safety Warning: Our products are for external and olfactory use only. Do not ingest. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area and away from flammable materials. OrientalScent is not liable for misuse or accidental damage occurring from the use of our products.

2. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of OrientalScent and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

### Dispute Resolution for U.S. Customers

For customers located in the United States:

**Informal Resolution.** Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at OrientalScent@outlook.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

**Binding Arbitration.** Any unresolved dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or via video conference at your election. Each party bears its own arbitration costs, except as otherwise required by AAA rules.

**Small Claims Exception.** Either party may pursue a claim in small claims court in your jurisdiction instead of arbitration.

**Class Action Waiver.** You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
